When you send the Discovery Session brief: your name, email address, organisation or brand, website, the objectives you select, and the message you write. We need your name and email address to reply; everything else is up to you.

When you write to us by email or contact us on Instagram: your email address or profile name, and what you tell us.

When you pay the session fee: your payment details go to the bank or payment service you use, not to us. We keep a record of the payment for our accounts.

When you visit the site: our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

The site itself uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no tracking. Your browser may keep a small, temporary note that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not replay during the same visit. It does not identify you and is deleted when you close the tab.

We use your details to read and reply to your enquiry, to arrange and carry out a Discovery Session, and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal and run the project. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us and in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f)). Where the law requires us to keep invoicing and accounting records, we also rely on Art. 6(1)(c).

We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form delivery, including automatic spam filtering through its sub-processor Akismet) and Google Workspace (our email). Where your data goes there, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. If we work together, we keep project correspondence for the length of the work and for a reasonable time afterwards, so we can answer questions about it. Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as Greek tax law requires, even if you ask us to delete the rest.

You can ask us for access to your data, for correction or deletion, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to reach@enterform.gr and we will answer within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Fonts on this site are served from our own hosting, so your browser does not contact a font provider when you visit. Links to Instagram or other sites lead to services with their own privacy policies.

If we change how we use data, we will update this page and its date.
