The Challenge
After a decade of success, mostly in wholesale, the brand still relied entirely on its founder. This left no capacity for online retail or expansion into other channels.
The Strategic Intervention
Through a series of discovery sessions, we established a brand personality separate from the founder, using Jungian archetypes to position the brand as The Lover. We then organised Káte’s activities into four arms: product, workshops, wholesale and events. Each has its own focused voice.
We restructured the e-shop and shaped tiered workshop offerings, from sensory art therapy to technical masterclasses. We conceived and designed the workshop catalogue and a 46-page Luxury Gift Guide, co-created with fashion designer Eleftheria Lyrantzaki, which simplifies business-to-business (B2B) wholesale ordering.
Events were new to the brand. We conceived and ran a marbling experience for children at Costa Navarino and brought live body marbling to two music festivals in summer 2026, Ejekt and Primer. For a Suminagashi dinner planned for December, we turned a marbling performance into an immersive, performative video installation. We are also creating the video and designing the soundscape. The concept visuals are shown here. We also designed the brand’s social media content, including the workshop reel.
The Outcome
Within seven months of working together, the e-shop went from dormant to consistent monthly sales, without any paid advertising. Opening up with events and workshops brought new people to the brand and its social media gained content and structure. The business now has several income streams and no longer depends on one person’s physical presence.
